To be eligible to submit a refund request, both of the following conditions must be satisfied:

1. The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
2. The student must have completed less than 20% of the purchased course at the time the refund request is submitted.

Meeting these conditions allows a student to submit an eligible refund request but does not mean that a refund is automatically issued.

Refund requests may be reviewed before approval. If approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment provider.

Once a refund has been successfully processed, access to the refunded course may be revoked.
